Formally the site of Shaplands joinery, this exciting wharf-style development of 172 homes sits on the edge of the Taw River, with views stretching from Barnstaple Long Bridge to the East to the mouth of the Estuary in the West.
Having been based in and around Barnstaple for thirteen years and having crossed the Taw bridge overlooking the location literally hundreds of times, it has been a pleasure to assist North Devon Homes and Pearce Homes with the imagery to accompany the development of this prominent and well known site.
One of our largest projects so far, we produced an array of 3D virtual tours, still images and 3D floor-plans. 360 degree drone photography was also utilised in order to capture the views you would expect to see at higher levels. They were also used as back-plates for the visuals and 360 virtual reality tours.
All material was completed and delivered well before completion of the first show home, thus resulting in a number of off-plan sales.
