The Role
We’re looking for a Part Time Account Admin / Bookkeeper on an employed or freelance basis
- Approx 2 days / 16 hours a week, in-house or remote
- Salary negotiable on experience
- Hours and days are flexible / negotiable (4x mornings preferred)
General responsibilities
- Overseeing company bookkeeping in QuickBooks
- Bank reconciliation
- Pay invoices and assist in filing VAT returns
- Issuing client invoices
- Deal with purchase and sales ledger queries
- Supplier payments and POs
- General admin duties
- Liaising with the company accountant
Must
- Have a good working knowledge/experience of QuickBooks, producing quarterly VAT returns, management reports etc
- Experience with MS Office and Monday.com (or similar)
- Customer focused
- Adaptable
- Have good attention to detail
- Ideally located in Bristol
- Self-motivated to work remotely
- Hours and days are flexible/negotiable
