The Role

We’re looking for a Part Time Account Admin / Bookkeeper on an employed or freelance basis

  • Approx 2 days / 16 hours a week, in-house or remote
  • Salary negotiable on experience
  • Hours and days are flexible / negotiable (4x mornings preferred)
General responsibilities
  • Overseeing company bookkeeping in QuickBooks
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Pay invoices and assist in filing VAT returns
  • Issuing client invoices
  • Deal with purchase and sales ledger queries
  • Supplier payments and POs
  • General admin duties
  • Liaising with the company accountant
Must
  • Have a good working knowledge/experience of QuickBooks, producing quarterly VAT returns, management reports etc
  • Experience with MS Office and Monday.com (or similar)
  • Customer focused
  • Adaptable
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Ideally located in Bristol
  • Self-motivated to work remotely
  • Hours and days are flexible/negotiable
