Having lived in and around Barnstaple for 13 years and having driven over the Taw bridge literally hundreds of times, which looks right over this site, it has been a pleasure to assist North Devon Homes and Pearce Construction with the imagery to accompany the development of this prominent and well known location.
One of our largest projects so far, we are currently producing an array of exterior and interior CGIs, cutting edge virtual tours as can be seen here plus many 3d floorplans.
Formally the site of Shaplands joinery, the wharf-style development sits on the edge of the Taw River with views stretching from Barnstaple Long Bridge to the East, to the mouth of the Estuary in the West.
