Architectural visualisations of large-scale industrial park

We were commissioned by Savills UK to visualise a large-scale industrial park near Oxford. A brand new development of high-quality industrial warehousing and business units, providing a range of unit sizes.

Sustainable features include EV car charging and Photo Voltaic panels on the roof spaces.

We utilised many techniques to deliver these exterior architectural visualisations, including high-resolution drone photography to super-impose the CGI into.

Parametric modeling was used to quickly show the array of various types of cladding panels and landscaping.

The scheme will be delivered in one phase, ready for occupation from Q1 2023.
